School Security and Information with Okulyo Mobile App
Our parents can easily and securely track their child's movements within the school using the Okulyo mobile app. By logging into their account, they can monitor their child's entry and exit times and location in real-time. Additionally, they can use the 'Announce' button for emergency situations or scan their child's QR code to send instant notifications to other parents or authorities within the school.
Log into the Okulyo Mobile App
Our parents open the Okulyo mobile app and log in to their own account. They can then press the "Announce" button, scan the QR code, or use their card with the card reader at the school entrance.
Sending Information
The information gathered from the app or the card is sent within seconds to both within the school premises and specifically to the terminal in the classroom (TV, PC, Smartphone, Interactive Whiteboard, etc.).
Transmission on Terminal
Information is transmitted on the terminal both audibly and visually, ensuring that the classroom teacher and other authorities are instantly informed.
Student
The classroom teacher entrusts our child to the assisting personnel to be handed over to our esteemed parents.
Notifications
The entry and exit of our student to/from school can optionally trigger an SMS notification to parents or guardians. This ensures added security for children commuting to school via transportation services.
Storage and Reporting of Data
All this data is only stored at the school until the end of the academic year. If requested, it is reported by the institution management.
